| Abstract |
This study aims to search for the solution of Issues on existing feas investment'concept. 1 tried to proceed this study on interpreting feasibility analysis as a serial decision making process. Most existing feasibility analysis causes many problems because it only deals with financial aspect recognition of decision environment that may influence the decision of development including socio-cultural, political, technical, physical aspect as well as economic aspect. For the solution of problems that are mentioned above, this study suggests the introduction of the financial profits for developer In other words, the process of compromise and negotiation about distribution of benefit should be needed for giving added value to everyone who is influenced by a development. The consideration of time factor also should be needed for the benefit of long term aspect including life cycle of facility. |
