| Abstract |
The purpose of this thesis is to the of developed, to evaluate the housing environment of multi-family housing, and finally, to resent a proposal to improve environment for multi-family Housing. This thesis is based on the survey conducted against residents and problems or limitations found in related laws. As a result followings are proposed, 1) Restrict the number of household per multi-family house especially, living in basements, 2) Increaes the public parking lots to meet the mutt requirements, 3) Improve long tem maintenance plan for multi-family house and 4) Enhance resident's participation and local government support for improving housing environment. |
