A Study on the estates of Multi-family Housing by Quality Indicators |
Abstract |
This study intends to evaluate the quality of the outdoor spaces by quality indicators(Open Space Ratio, Livability Space ·Ratio, Distance-Hight Ration act.) in Multi-family Housing during the four decades from 1960 to 1990 The results are classified into three contents as follows: 1) the value of housing density, Floor Area Ratio and a parking lot per housing unit has been increased rapidly from the middle of the 1980s. 2) the value of Open Space Ratio, Livability Space Ratio and Green Space Ratio has been . Decreased rapidly the end of the 1980s. 3) the value of Public Space Ratio has been decreased from the end of the 1980s. This phenomenon is influenced by policy, law and design method. |
