Abstract |
The purpose of study is to investigate the sound insulation performances of floorcovering PVC for the lightweight impact source. For this purpose, 11 specimen, including wooden flooring, which were varied in structure and thickness were tested in according to ISO 140/VI-1978 in Chonnam National University reverberation room. From the result of this study, the sound insulation performances of specimen on the light- weight impact source are dependent on temperature and are graded with L-45 ∼ L-65. Predominant factors improving sound insulation performance are type of back foam layer and thickness. |
