| Abstract |
This paper points out the problems of natural ventilation systems, which are commonly used, by testing air change rates in apartment bathrooms on the 1st, 5th, 10th, and 18th floors of an 18story apartment house. The mock-up of a bathroom, the same size as the bathroom of an 100m2 apartment was built in the laboratory Air change rates were measured on the various conditions of intake and exhausr ducts by the tracer gas method. It is the result of this paper that the air change rates increase in bigger size lower position of intake and exhaust ducts |
