Abstract |
This research as a case study to 'D'construction company, aims to present an evaluation process and method for team achievement assessment in employee's performance evaluation system to promote organization efficiency The research involves developing evaluation criteria for each individual team, developing a model reflecting both team and individual evaluation, and testing the model through the case study. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The evaluation process and method in a team achievement assessment is presented, and this method for'D'construction company can be applied to other construction companies with some modifications. 2) The employee's performance evaluation model which reflects both team and individual evaluation is developed, and its usefulness is demonstrated through the real case application. |
