| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to find elements of decision-making on residential choice from previous studies and to make priorities of each element which is shared value from subjective judgement. The study is got the results below by research on the persons occupied with architecture in Sunchon and Kwangyang city.
First, the factors of decision-making on residential choice are indoor space, indoor facilities, comfortableness, facilities in residential site, characteristics of residential site, economic factors and safety for children. The every factors could consist low level elements as well. Second, the added-values among the factors are got by pairwise comparison and clustering method. It is possible that to elicit different importance from particularity of population statistics, present residential environment or situation, etc. Third, the problem of hierarchy in AHP methodology is improved by the statistical method. As a result, we could complement the problem of high level group's representation against low level elements. |
