Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction factors of pedestrians in the commercial streets. This work has completed a total analysis of the regional characteristics, environmental and mental factors among various factors which influence pedestrians' satisfaction level including physical street equipments and street view factors which are main contents of previous studies and street improvement project. Using statistical analysis, each factor's significance was verified quantitatively. Accordingly, this study presents prior consideration points before planning the commercial street improvement project and the region development project. The method and contents of the study are as follows : Firstly, deduced the satisfaction factor of the street by factor analysis. Secondly, computed the significance of the each factor by multi-regression analysis. Thirdly, computed the satisfaction degree of the each factor. Finally, deduced the determining improvement priorities by composing significance and satisfaction degree. |
