| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of amenities on the Apartment Price. And this research proposed the quantitative measure method on amenity. The data used as dependent variables in this study were the selling prices of apartment housing. Independent variables were comprised of amenity factor which was made of Computer graphic simulation(application of CG tools). The result are as follows ; 1.The correlation coefficient(R value) between the Apartment Price and Amenity Factor was 0.954. 2. The R²coefficient between the Apartment Price and Amenity Factor was 0.91 of the regression analysis. So Amenity factor influenced the apartment housing price. 3.The ranking of the amenity factor which it influenced apartment price were analyzed unit area>balcony area>distance of park>the ratio of Sunlight area> the ratio of Sky area.
This research proved the fact that the amenity correlated with the apartment price decision, so amenity contained an economic value. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of apartment construction and design. |
