| Abstract |
This paper has demonstratively analyzed the problem that housewives who live in Kwangyang-Suncheon city judge elements and the priority in residential choice.
The result of analysis: 1) the hierarchy of elements in residential choice is divided residential characteristic and neighbor characteristic and there is attribution of indoor space, indoor facilities, indoor comfortableness and residential site facilities, site characteristic, economic characteristic, location characteristic. 2) The priorities of elements on residential choice are different from the existing residential environment. 3) The priorities of elements in residential choice are affected by residential attitudes such as residential preference, a desire to residential possess, mobility intention, etc. 4) There are difference values of elements on residential choice according to social-economic and population specialties. |
