| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to develop a model of Earned Value Management System for construction projects. The proposed EVMS to control and manage the construction costs considering drawings and workspace in addition to the typical construction resources(materials, labor, and equipment). Earned Value Method is studied to implement the integration of cost, schedule management. The government-proposed WBS and other breakdown structures are reviewed to define relative contract activities, administration activities based on construction activities. A set of resources such as construction materials, equipment, labours, drawing, and workspace are also defined in order to formulate a implementation process and estimate workload for a construction project. Relationship among the breakdown structures are placed in order. Sets of administration activities and contract activities are proposed along with the implementation process. |
