| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual situation of linked development process in accordance with the interaction of Urban redevelopment project and improvement projects for improving station-surrounding region, and suggested the method of expressing the process of urban improving as below,
1) It was possible to classify the type of urban improving project into 8 types such the promotion of Urban redevelopment project, improvement project of shopping street etc. as according to the function of the projects, and it was also possible to clarify its role into 3 types as catalyst, intermediation, maintenance.
2) It was possible to classify the characteristics of project linkage which analyzed the interaction between improving projects into 3 types as a series of induction, unification, continuity of time and space.
3) Completed a diagram of analysis of structure linkage according to the interaction of improving projects, and was able to express the characteristics of structure linkage of Urban redevelopment project and improving projects for improving station-surrounding area. |
