Abstract |
Recently, in many laboratories and institutes, research about high-flowing concrete are carrying out. However, most of the researches are concentrated on the manufacture method or properties of fresh concrete, and there are only a few researches about the durability of hardened high-flowing concrete like frost resistance. This is an experimental study to analyze the effect of the kinds of viscosity agent and curing method on the frost resistance of high-flowing concrete. For this purpose, the mix proportion of plain concrete and high-flowing concrete using viscosity agent(2 types) to satisfy slump-flow 65±5cm was selected and cured according to 4 curing methods. And tests for air content, slump-flow, compressive strength, freezing and thawing were performed and air void structure was measured with liner traverse method. According to test results, it was found that frost resistance of high-flowing concrete using viscosity agent was more affected by the air content than by the kinds of viscosity agent, and the durability factor of high-flowing concrete cured in water for 4 weeks is higher than any other. |
