| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analyze the control elements of the remodeling and provide improvement guidelines for harmonious executive process of the remodeling in apartment housing.
Both a field survey and a questionnaire-interview survey were used in this study. We surveyed 7 deteriorated apartment housings passed 15～20 years, which was experienced in remodeling according to the subscription of resident opinions. Interviewees were superintendent. The analysis method was used a qualitative analysis method by case studies
The results of this study were as follows; 1) Social control elements - The problems of maintenance & administration consciousness and the subscription of resident opinions 2) Economic control elements - The problems of charge of construction cost for remodeling 3) Political control elements - The revision of relevance raws 4) Technical control elements - The constructional problems by the physical characteristics of korean apartments |
