| Abstract |
As the increase of the social demands for tall buildings, techniques and building materials for the construction are improved and the construction system becomes very complicated by the increase of worker. The method of construction management, however, depends on the experimental capacity of a construction manager and many unreasonable elements. In particular, the unreasonable elements in construction management impede well-going construction process. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to create a new system of construction management that is adequate for the condition of company and the contents of construction.
In this study, the characteristics of production system and the present conditions of construction management were investigated with the field survey. The new method of construction management that can clear the previous problems was proposed. |
