Abstract Since the 1990‘s Earth Summit at Rio-de-Janeiro, various policies and interests has been made for the conservation of environments. These leads to mitigate the consumption of energy and resources, diminish the environment affects. In building science, it requires to diminish the resources on building lifecycle and to find the optimum between the life and environmental conservation.
Effects on diminishing the use of energy resources and socio-economic aspects require continuously much efforts. Procedual approach is available to get the better building performance. The technological application in the mitigation of use of energy and resources to building needs to analyze the affect of environmental conservation and socio-economic aspects.
This paper aimed at providing the process to make up the evaluation indices and method to assess the building sustainability. Sustainability includes the environmental conservation, social and economic aspects. The results are as follows ; The evaluation indices are 33, which include 5 items of economic aspects, 8 items of social items, and 20 items of environmental conservation aspect, using the statistical analysis and Delphi surveyed sampling.
