| Abstract |
Big 4 companies of domestic construction indicate recently that modern life for the aged prefer an advanced technical alliance between O.D.L and I.D.L systems. It means the quality of housing life of the aged has been raised and changed quickly as well as the O.D.L and I.D.L systems from the last year. Since domestic apartment market for the aged has opened, the competition between future and current type has been so sensitive that the 4 companies as they said pay their efforts to introduce advanced technologies. Among these efforts, O.D.L and I.D.L identities are the most remarkable, and the strategic alliance between the O.D.L and I.D.L has been actively implemented for their mutual purpose of technology acquisition and entering the domestic apartment market for the aged respectively. Under these circumstances, this study with regard to solving the aged problems strongly suggests to cope with effective alliance between O.D.L and I.D.L and to establish their own technologies system in domestic apartment market for the aged. Therefore this study analyzes the current state of O.D.L-I.D.L project in the market, and suggests the fundamental data which is essential to establish O.D.L-I.D.L system in the market by presenting the solutions of problems found in the survey, concerning the subjects of O.D.L and I.D.L, on the technologic alliance in Bundang-Suji area near Seoul.
