| Abstract |
This study is to analyzing the design factor and building form of street's space on the relation between the urban street's space and buildings on the street. The result of this study is as follows : 1) The chief elements of urban street's space to be formed of Yang-san city are formed the North-South direction therefore it need to supplement the connection system to East-West direction. The approached system, also, is consisted of the hierarchic system, however it just show the excluded street space to simple passageway. 2) The characteristic to the street's section form of 'Jung-Ang road' is inadequate to connect zone of the street's edge to establish the double roadside tree and the difference from each stair. 3) The D/H ratio of every street's zone is different each other, specially the roadside tree of the low D/H ratio causes the closing feeling while the space of over 3 D/H ratio causes the desolateness. So it need to design about the spacial technique to close the open image to divide the space and to create the landmark building. 4) The form of the building on street is concerned about the site formation, the building's height, the variation of skyline and the wall appointment. However if the unity is stressed excessively, the simple street space is made. Therefore the dynamic form technique is needed in the main connection and in the start point of the curve road. 5) The city skyline is needed to make low from establishing the law about usual building height on the narrow road. The over 30m road is needed the constant skyline composition to control the front width and the height and the interval variation of each building rhythmically. |
