| Abstract |
This study shows the life analysis method of the building service systems by the Iowa curve - It is a type of the life curve. It is a good method of finding an information of the expectancy and probable life about the building service systems life. It shows an existence ratio and exactly a numerical value of average life on the subsistence of the building service systems life.
The follows are the result of this study by the Iowa curve. As a result of analysis about a boiler life Through the data of the 10 year from 1981 to 1990 about installing and disusing of a boiler, The probable life is 13.5 years. It is to show about 1.25-year errors through the result of confidence analysis on a trouble ratio. Therefore, it is judged that the application of life curve is no problem to decide the way of an useful life. |
