| Abstract |
Quality management for construction project is designed to build a structure efficiently while meeting the requirements of owners. To that end, proper quality standards should be established and enforced. Construction project documents cover ITP(inspection and test plan), work plan and checklist. But near absence of feedback about the documents, used in apartment housing construction sites in Korea, often leads to Quality abnormality and defects. This study aims to develop a system that could minimize errors through quality-related documents, whose defects have been reflected. Checklists are designed to reflect different fields such as activity and parts so that identified in the process can prevent errors in a proactive way. Development of Web-based checklists is suggested, improving accurate quality information, faster processing and higher productivity. |
