| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to elicit and to analyse the meaning of Gong-Gae-Gong-Ji(the public open space offered in private lot) and to propose it's physical preparation criterion.
143 Gong-Gae-Gong-Ji examples applied to 89 Ju-Sang-Bok-Hab building(the residential building, a business or commercial quarter included) sites which obtained from Seoul metropolitan government were used for investigation.
The actual using conditions of Gong-Gae-Gong-Ji to confirm the relation between the public using rate and the affection of the distance from a public-pedestrian-road were investigated.
The result of this study is that the preparation of Gong-Gae-Gong-Ji must be controled with the rate of the length abutted on the pedestrian road opened to the public and the maximum depth away from pedestrian road in site planning. |
