Abstract The solar cell is controlled by the efficiency of Photovoltaic(PV) which following an incidence angle of the solar energy that mainly emitted from the solar. Exactly in case of using the measured solar radiation by the primary energy, the direction and the surface of incident receiving, and the slop, which is important by the position of solar energy. Accordingly the measured solar radiation incident on tilted surfaces by all direction has been widely used as important solar radiation data in installing solar cell, photovoltaic system in calculating and designing solar buildings and houses. To maximize the incident beam radiation , the slop, which is angle between the plane of the surface in question and horizontal, and the solar azimuth angles are needed for these solar applied system. We have studied about an application possibility method & boundary of by establishing to movable type-Louver PV to many of sunlight induction to solar cell surface.
