| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest the AHP method as proper decision making by which we can consider simultaneous estimate not only quantitive factor as cost but qualitative factor as performance of equipment system and easiness of maintenance, performance of resident environment when evaluate heating system remodeling of apartment housing.
The result of evaluation of heating systems by AHP method, after composite hierarchy process by consultation of experts experienced in deign, maintenance and construction of heating system in public housing, “comfort” presented best choice of qualitative evalation factor with the score 0.3085 as priority, individual heating system using city gas was selected the proper type with the score 0.601 as priority |
