Abstract Interests in environmental pollution have been gradually spreaded all of the world these days. It is important to plan methods of reducing the environmental problems and it should be controled before the construction begins. These can be applied to the concept of Life Cycle Assessment. LCA is defined as a Life Cycle Cost assesses the amount of Energy Consumption Cost as well as environmental burdens. Therefore, we made the main purpose of this research to provide objective data on the composition between energy consumption of current apartment building industry and the amount of accompanying consequences on environment, and to turn them into costs with a view to seek for an active solution for apartment building construction.
This paper suggests a LCA Methodology and assesses the amount of other environmental burdens as well as the amount of Energy Consumption in the construction process. It is to propose an approach to more resonable and scientific methods for green architecture system.
