| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to establish a computer system which allows constructors, designs and residents to predict life cycle cost in the first step of apartment houses design. The results are as follows ;
Firstly, the initial construction cost, the energy cost, the repair cost and replacement and the opportunity cost are analysed for the analysis of RC and steel framed apartment houses in the point of view of the building users.
Secondly, the cost data is analysed for the LCC analysis using the limited information of the design stage, and a database is established based on it. |
