| Abstract |
The systematic management of the military facilities will be able to minimize the waste of national funds, improve the functional and social values of facilities, and ensure the quality of enjoyable life for soldiers. So, This paper is studied for economic evaluation methods of Military Facilities for Remodeling based on LCC.
The results are as follows;
1) The life cycle of buildings should be considered to decide the demolition/remodeling of military facilities, and the economic evaluation must be performed. Also it is reasonable to use the synthetic LCC analysis including initial costs, running costs, demolition-disposed costs, etc. In this study, we proposed the economic evaluation methods using the LCC analysis in order to decide the demolition/remodeling of Military Facilities.
2) Economic Evaluation of Remodeling is decided to . The meaning of 'α>1' is of benefit to Remodeling better than Reconstruction.
3) According to the results of simulation, as Remodeling rates are on the decrease the price of 'α' is to be little. The meaning of that is that life-increase-effect after Remodeling is smaller than Reconstruction. As it were, incomplete Remodeling cause running cost to increase, building life to decrease relatively. |
