| Abstract |
Construction disputes arise from various causes in construction industry. Those need much cost and time from investigating causes to settling, so development of construction project incurs a great lose and influence.
Generally, if an unexpected dispute is occurred, it will be connected with construction dispute precedent. When the parties to dispute and a person want to get a precedent supported in construction dispute, information of construction dispute precedent has problems which are not able to analyze out the purposeful and useful precedent.
The objective of this study is a thing that admits users to approach easily to information of construction dispute precedent, and it has a system established by D/B on effect from analyzing causes of each development of construction project and dispute type on a basis of the supreme court precedent. |
