Abstract |
Today, complex buildings have tendency to occupy several blocks of the city as a unit space, which should connotate "the publicity" as a composition of the city. Therefore, this paper purposes to analyze the public characteristic and the satisfaction factors of the inner plaza of complex building as the urban public area, and to examine the relationship of the two. This work has completed a total analysis of the physical, environmental and mental factors which composes the inner plaza using statistical analysis.
The method and contents of the study are as follows :
1) terms that explain the publicity are abstracted by multiple regression analysis to define publicity.
2) analysis factors are deduced by factor analysis.
3) abstracted factors are computed with the publicity terms by multiple regression analysis. |
