| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in the interior finishing work. Analysed in this paper is a 632 dwelling unit tower block project which will house 159 families living in the estate being redeveloped.
In order to analyze procurement process and construction management of high-rise building that accommodate customized-flats, the following factors are analyzed: 1)Features of Menu Selection Method; 2)Possible modification in plans and specifications; 3)The effects of changes on procurement process; 4)Changes of interior finishing materials on data structure; 5)Review of computer-based development in construction planning ＆ management of interior finishing work in high rise building. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize planning and execution of interior finishing work in korea. |
