| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to find out which factors significantly influence on land price around Insa-Dong. This study analyzed the spatial configuration using Space Syntax Method and land uses, and then the relationship between spatial characteristics and land price. Statistical analysis indicated that Global Integration and Depth are significant factors for explaining land price. This research will be applied to predict the change ratio of land price when spatial structure changes in planning city. |
