Abstract |
The vibration on building structures due to traffic loads has been studied only for the vibration behavior on the existing buildings, and few studies have been conducted on structural systems to reduce the vibration on building structures due to traffic loads. Recently, several researches have been performed on the prediction of vibration on the structures due to traffic loads. However, these studies have been focused on mainly rahmen structure remaining the prediction of vibration on other structural systems such as shear bearing wall structural system not studied.
This proposed study has its originality on developing a vibration analysis method for shear bearing wall structural system, and on presenting a vibration control structural system applicable to the buildings in design process. |
