| Abstract |
The unit plan of the apartment housing is rigid and fixed. Today we have various needs and life-styles, and that make the necessity of more various unit plans. This study is aimed for developing the various unit plan of the apartment housing. The subjects are super-high-rise apartment and mixed-use apartments which have been built in Seoul and the metropolitan area since the price of decontrol of apartment in 1998. First, we compare our cases with existing apartments and find out the general characteristics. Second, we analyse the characteristics of unit plan of super-high-rise apartments, and then draw out the causes of them. Third we propose the premises of variety are the causes of characteristics. The result of this study, we conclude the unit plan concepts from the unit plan characteristics, and they have some kind of relationships. The unit plan of the super-high-rise apartments are weight on privacy, view, open sense, need correspondence, environment. |
