| Abstract |
This study will lay the emphasis on problems of related laws(for example, the architect law, administrative arrangement law, etc) and its application about the problems on the administrative measures system of illegal architects. In relation to architect's and official's thoughts, problems on undeserved administrative disposition have been examined and searched for better solutions and countermeasures. Not only as a fundamental solution to the problems, the study leaves an advanced discussion data on those heavy issue. |
