| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to pick the items of evaluation of design for turnkey-based construction in multi-family housing complex in Korea. In order to analyze the items of evaluation, 2,432 data were used from the result of the design evaluation for the turnkey-based construction from 1998 to 1999. The proposed items of evaluation for site planning and landscape planning were building arrangement, composition of pedestrian and vehicle, open space planning, neighborhood planning, arrangement of convenient facilities. The proposed items of the evaluation for architectural planning were proposed unit plan, parking lot, convenient facilities planning, common space, building form and elevation. |
