| Abstract |
Recently, the social interest on the re-use of deteriorated building is increasing. Therefore, the growth of reform market is focused by every field of construction industry. Especially, expecting the housing industry will enter into low-growth-peried, the increasing of the housing reform market will be naturally accepted as a new business for the preparation of the stock-era and the alternation of the 21st new construction market. However, in spite of the high interest on housing reform industry, until now there are no efforts for the market development. Particularly, there is no information for analyzing the market structure as a crucial planning factor that determine the efficiency of market development and the character of the supply & demand, so that makes it difficult to access to the market development. On the base of actual perception, this research will be guidance for the policy making in the development of korean housing reform market.
