| Abstract |
In this study I have examined and analyzed the cases of how the respective types appearing in the spatial structure and the system of circulation of the mixed use buildings. Upon the basis of the above, I have perceived the problems and the causes and proposed the direction and plan, with respect to the convenience and safety which are the criterion for revaluation established in theoretical investigation. To conclude, transference space of the entry in accordance with usage is separated, and the detoured entry space for dwelling secures users' visibility through the plan including pilotis. We also promote convenience and safety by installing flowerbeds and sign system and can improve problem by making route and entrance for connecting between exclusive space in the structure of internal space, and by vertical systematization in accordance with use. On the other hand, in the horizontal system of circulation, We have increased convenience by making a route of the system of .circulation leading to a public lobby and an exclusive lobby, and secure the area for safety by fully distancing the core of respective core. In the vertical system of circulation, the sufficient width of the ramp and route for parking is secured, and convenience is promoted by shortening the length of circulation of passing for parking. And safety is improved by consolidating the system of management controlled use of core and by separating horizontal area through physical temporary Installed wall. |
