| Abstract |
We've experienced lots of social problems due to the disagreement of construction process with the time of payment. Thereby we had fixed the law related to the housing supply but we were still not sure that the problems have been solved in the correct manner. In this research, we would like to verify the relationship between the actual construction process and the construction process ratio and also the relationship between the construction process ratio and payment installment ratio would be verified based on the case that the deposit should be recognized as the part of real payment. As result of verification, the relationship between the amount of payment and the real construction process were not in accordance with the method specified in the law. Therefore the expecting time of 50% of construction completion fee (except the site acquisition fee) should be noted on the contract documents before the sign-up to be sold. |
