Abstract |
This study aims to binding of chloride and the effect on the reduction of the concentration of chloride ion in pore solution on account of adding blast furance slag. It also tried to compare the analysis of pore solution and Friedel's salt of paste-solidified matrix which is made from blast-furnace slag cement and ordinary portland cement respectively. The result of this study are as follows : 1. The concentration of chloride ion in pore solution of BSC-solidified matrix is almost as low as 43~71% compared to that of OPC-solidified matrix containing the same chloride content in cement paste. 2. The binding capacity of specimens, OPC P1~P5, are 93.5~77%, but the binding capacity of specimens, BSC P1~P5 are 97.1~86.1 %, which is to be as high as 2~9.1% compared to OPC containing the same chloride content. 3. Judging from the analysis method like X-diffraction on each specimens, it is certified that the increment on binding of chloride derived from the addition of BSC is significantly dependent on the generation of Friedel's salt |
