Abstract |
This study intends to prepare a system for the analysis of a complex architectural form to apply digital technique. For this preparation, the form based on the visual theory must be simplified, and after the edge of the architectural form is examined and profile lines are extracted, their correlation on the distribution chart must be visualized clearly. For this, the study can be conducted in the following. First, problems of former models for the elevation analysis, and formal analysis based on visual recognition are screened closely. Then the profile lines from the form analysis are examined through the screening. Second, the profile lines are derived and measured quantitatively in elevation analysis by using digital technique. As a way to verify the objectivity of the measured data values, the correlation analysis of a questionnaire of an adjective cataloging method and the result of analyzed data is done and verifies the validity of the derived data. Finally, another problems are extracted from these above steps and then after some supplementations the usefulness of the outputs from feedback is presented for a design processor . Such a digital method has many advantages over the conventional analysis system in terms of excluding subjectivity and deriving precise data values. It also makes various analytical methods possible for repeated numerous data analysis. Still, assignments in future remain for the study on analysis models and different methods to consider many factors caused in process of design. |
