| Abstract |
The purpose of this paper is to find out the effect of housing plan and the possibility as alternative habitation besides living together or separately between parents and their grown up, through the investigation for the people living in the Next-Doors type residence. While the Next-Doors type residence did not exist yet in Korea, so people can not think of the concept such of habitation itself which is not living together or not separately in the distance. The result of investigations, it is certainly that the effect of such a planned residence appeared very low. But question for habitance type they want in the future, the people want to live in the house nearby each other with their grown up. So the possibility as alternative habitation is not low in the future. In order to carry out the habitance of the Next-Doors residence well, it seems to be necessary that they have qualification and repletion of management organization under the condition of public systems. |
