| Abstract |
In order to ensure the competitive power and the stable growth of an enterprise, it is essential to improve productivity. However, the study on the productivity in construction section is insufficient until now. To promote efficiency of productivity improvement in building construction, in the first place, the study must be concentrated on the more effective factors. The point of this study, as a part of basic efforts for construction productivity improvement, is to provide breakdown structure of the factors and primary factors decreasing construction productivity. Also, this study includes frequency of occurrence and degree of influence on the primary factors decreasing productivity in building construction, and practical counterplans of on-site managers. |
