| Abstract |
The purpose of the study is to analyze the way to improve profitability for construction companies in the housing market. Construction companies can improve the profitability by supplying various services such as real estate development(from the beginning of the project to operating), applying the project construction management. To support these suggestions and reduce the risks, construction companies need to have adequate organization by outsourcing and partnering. In this paper, it is suggested that the combination model of construction phase and development phase is applied to project construction management. In conclusion, if the construction companies could take advantage of right suggestions in consideration of the characteristics, it can be equipped with strong competitiveness and get high profitability. |
