Abstract The purpose of this study is to evaluate the adhesion property experimentally between spraying metal and concrete surface using thermal metal spray system which was applied to high corrosion protective system in steel structures. In the experiment, the pull-out test was conducted to investigate the adhesion property between spraying metal and concrete surface variable of treatment method of concrete surface. As a result, it was confirmed that the sanding blast and brush grinding to make rugged surface and the spraying strengthening agent as a treatment method of concrete surface was very effective to enhance the adhesion property. Also, it was confirmed that the water content of concrete, strength of concrete, a kind of spray metal and the thickness of spray metal was not almost affected to adhesion property.
