Abstract It is a trend that many domestic construction corporations introduce knowledge management to gain and sustain competitive advantages as opening the construction market and coming a hyper-competition environment. Many issues of knowledge management(KM) have been advanced in the academic side such as studies on concept, definition and introduction of KM and it is especially issued to studies on measuring KM and correlation analysis between KM and business performance in recent. However, they do not present measuring models which are objective and quantitative so they are not useful for corporations to measure their KM and its results actually. Therefore, this research develops objective and quantitative models to measure level of KM and intellectual assets, measures them in real and then show correlation between KM and business performance. This research also present which factors contribute development of corporations.
