| Abstract |
The multifamily housing structurally should be sufficiently durable during the lifecycle. Nonetheless, lots of housing and facilities component materials do not harmonize with one another, therefore it is limited at the improvement in performance and left even buildings without structural problems to be removed or reconstructed.
Hence, this research sought to investigation of the expected service life of parts or members according to repair or replacement cycles with social and functional aspects, considering the establishment of housing parts hierarchy through the analysis of expected service life.
Consequently, the establishment of the repair cycle and estimation of the service life of housing parts have the remodeling in place in the frontline construction business and cut cost on remodeling, thus activating remodeling. |
