| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of some variables on management cost of the apartment house by analyzing the management cost of 84 apartment complexes located in Seoul Metropolitan Area. It proved that management cost is mainly affected by such factors as the year of completion, the area of management and the number of households. Especially, the number of households has more influence on management cost more than the area of management. In addition, it proved that the number of households has closer relationship with the management cost than the area of management does. |
