| Abstract |
Since there was introduced CM in the Korea construction industry, only few of public construction projects have adopted the system. Of several reasons, CMr who is not know owners' needs and opportunities about CM services is critical. One of the ways to encourage the CM is to find needs and opportunities of owners. The objective of this paper is to investigate and analyze characteristic of owners' needs and opportunities about CM services in pre-construction stages focused on re-construction. |
