| Abstract |
As the number of construction projects to be controled by a construction company is increased, much more information is generated from the construction projects. To control the construction projects effectively and make decision timely in the head office, multi project scheduling should be applied. This multi project scheduling is more effective especially for the small and medium sized construction companies because the supporting organization of the head office in these companies is not well set up in comparison with that of large construction companies. Therefore, this paper defines the fundamental and core information needed for multi project scheduling in the head office of the small and medium sized construction companies and proposes its application method. |
