| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of district unit plan in apartment complex on urban streetscape and to propose the solutions for the policy problems.
The major research findings were as follows : First, it appeared that the degree of development density would be adjusted to be lower by the decrease of units and floor area ratio after applying the guideline of district unit plan.
Second, it found that there was the effects of improving urban streetscape along with the alleviation of psychological impact for the units close to the neighboring.
Third, the analysis showed that the application of district unit plan control prevented single apartment building Blocks and small-size lots from unplanned development and damages. |
