| Abstract |
The case to discontinue the construction or terminate a contract often occurs, as the owner's financial affairs get increasingly worse according to the breakdown of a financial system by International Momentary Fund situation with the weakened competitive edge of construction. In our country, the dealing with a claim is not sufficient yet by reasons of vertical relation between owner and constructor, cognitive shortage in claim, and such. In this study, we make a model; that includes calculating of dispute costs, and suggest the solution and the prevention for claim by considering the law connected with termination of contract or suspension of work not to specified in the construction contract. |
